Hello, I’m Nik! I’m a high-impact Revenue Operations leader and advisor at D3VN. I specialise in transforming complex sales and marketing operations into highly automated, predictable revenue engines for top-tier tech companies in London.

At D3VN, I focus on building "single source of truth" data architectures, designing AI-powered sales workflows, and driving operational velocity to eliminate friction from the buyer journey. My expertise is rooted in a strong commercial foundation, spanning recruitment sales and corporate account management for Top 100 mid-tier and Top 10 accountancy firms. Having walked in those exact shoes, I design systems with an immediate, practical understanding of what sales teams actually need to succeed.

Prior to my career in growth tech ecosystems, I previously served in the RAF. Today, I bring that same focus on precision, execution, and strategic problem-solving to help clients scale intelligently and drive predictable growth.

Outside of work, the building doesn't stop. I’m an avid DIYer who has completely rebuilt his house, from putting up new stud walls and screeding floors, to laying the patio and adding the final lick of paint. I am also married and a proud parent to a two-year-old (who loves to help!)
